 | Do NOT put your pure or comb honey in the refrigerator...it will cause
it to crystallize.

 | To "fix" crystalized honey, put the container in very hot, but
not boiling, water. Check after 5 minutes. Repeat if
crystals are still present. Do NOT put your container in the microwave!! Your cute little
honey bear will melt, explode, shrink or something as unpleasant (the voice of
experience).

 | To keep comb honey, put it in the freezer to keep it from crystalizing.

 | Cream honey
is wonderful on bagels and for sweetening your tea or
other hot drinks. The vanilla creamed honey is particularly nice in coffee.
