Creamed Honey
Creamed Honey is a relatively new, but very popular product. Creamed honey has additional steps in the processing to add flavor such as lemon, vanilla or walnut to the honey. During the processing the honey is whipped to a smooth, creamy consistency which then can be used as you would butter...the big difference is the wonderful bite of flavor that the creamed honey has. We currently produce 19 different flavors - they are listed in alphabetical order below.
If I were to list them in order of favorite, I would have to put Lemon first but I'm sure I would get an argument, so I'll duck the issue and put them in alphabetical order instead.)
- 19 Flavors (and counting): Almond, Apricot, Black Walnut, Blueberry, Butter Pecan, Cherry, Cinnamon, Cranberry, Jalapeno Pepper, Lemon, Orange, Peanut Butter, Peppermint, Pina Colada, Raspberry, Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Plain (no flavoring added).
